Refund
Process
Refunds are issued to your ThePopup Factory account balance. You can choose to withdraw this amount back to your original payment method. However, if your payment was made in a currency other than USD, the refund will be directly returned to the original payment source. Additional photos or videos of all items in one frame may be required for multiple items affected by the same issue.
Incorrect Orders
